IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER SIZE?

Events: Must be a minimum of 2 hours long, and have a minimum of 10 guests.

              Individual appintments may be made.

1 to 1 appointments: A 1 to 1 appointment lasting up to three hours. 1 guest only.

 

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

State in the message above that you wish for a quote, with some information (Event or 1 to 1? How many people? How long? When? Where? etc), and we will respond. If you then wish to place an order, simply reply to the quote stating that you wish to do so. 

 

IS THERE AN HOURLY RATE?

Yes, but it varies depending on how many people are at your event, and whether or not you will be paying in full, or whether guests will be paying upon reciept.

 

IS THERE A TRAVEL CHARGE?

If you live outside of Leiester, yes. We charge an extra £1 per mile outside of Leicester.

 

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELATION POLICY?

Events: Please give a weeks notice of a cancelation if you wish to recieve a refund.

1 to 1 appointments: Please give 3 days notice of a cancelation if you wish to recieve a refund.

 

WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT POLICIES?

Events: We request a deposit of ten percent of the fee when you place your order, and the rest to be payed a week before your event via Paypal.

1 to 1: We request a full payment at the time of order via Paypal.
